Баттинг, батирование
Нагрузки, действующие на трубы, из которых изготовлена рама велосипеда, распределяются неравномерно. Максимальную силу они имеют на концах трубы, в месте их соединения друг с другом, а минимальную - в середине трубы. Поэтому нет необходимости изготавливать трубы рамы со стенками одинаковой, когда можно уменьшить толщину в месте, где нагрузка имеет минимальное значение. Чаще всего внешний диаметр трубы имеет постоянное значение на всём протяжении.
Существует одинарный баттинг ( один конец трубы имеет увеличенную толщину), двойной —(оба конца имеют увеличенную толщину стенок) и тройной (труба имеет три различных толщины по всей длине).
Понятие баттинга исходит из английского «butt»— предмет, имеющий толстое окончание. То есть баттированию могут подлежать не только велосипедные рамы, но и, например, спицы.
Применение баттинга позволяет, сохраняя прочность и жесткость рамы, снизить ее вес, а значит и вес велосипеда.

Здравствуйте, на электромобиле неисправен двигатель, хочу заменить, но в продаже они указаны с разными скоростями. Какая скорость вращения должна быть у движка при аккумуляторе 6v, 7Ah. Просто боюсь как бы не разбило шлицы пластиковые на редукторе. |
